Hadley is a multimedia journalist based in Boston, Massachusetts. 

Working locally with a global outlook, she's passionate about finding character-driven narratives in her backyard. Her work focuses on immigration, economic inequality, and gender.

She is available for both photo and video assignments.

After working as a staff photojournalist for a local newspaper, The Salem News, from 2017 to 2019, she now freelances for a variety of clients, including The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Atlantic, Global Post, and WBUR, Boston's NPR News Station.

Her photography and multimedia work has been recognized by the Boston Press Photographers Association, the Northern Short Course in Photojournalism Contest, and the national CNHI journalism contest. 

She graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University in 2015, where she studied International Relations and Media Studies. While at Tufts, she completed internships at WBUR, Somerville Media Center, and The GroundTruth Project at WGBH in Boston.

Hadley is a board member of the Boston Press Photographers Association and a member of the NPPA.
